Shipping policy

Products purchased on www.rackley.gr are delivered as per delivery times and procedures given below. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Shipping costs are not refundable, except in case of inconvenience due to Rackley.

 

 

Return policy

Return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order delivery date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order delivery date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit.

 

Returns and exchanges are free for GR Customers.

 

To return or exchange items follow these steps:

•     You have 30 days from when your order has been dispatched to send us a return request. After this deadline, the return may not be accepted

•     Find Your Order Number

If you have a Rackley account, sign in and go to your Order History. Select the order you want to return or exchange and click View Details. Next click the Create a Return or Exchange button - now you're ready to start the process!

•     Print Your Return Label

After you've created a return or exchange, follow the instructions to print your free pre-paid return shipping label. When complete, you'll receive an email with tracking information and a copy of your return label just in case you need it.

•     Attach Return Label

Next, get your package ready to mail back to us. Prepare the package with the item you want to return and attach the return label that you have received with the order.

•     Exchange

If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returning within 30 days to avoid being charged.
